TSC North America sprang to life in the mind of Ken Blumenthal, an entrepreneur who had a vision and ran with it. He hired the most unusual people he could find (overachievers, every one of them) and held out the keys to the castle to see who would try to grab them first. From this humble beginning, in a spare room in his house, he created an entity with a life of its own.

When the time came to pass the torch, the company's founders chose the biggest overachiever in the group, Lou Cassese, to lead us onward. The entire team fell in step with their leader and marched off to bigger and better things. His legacy lives on in his son, Tim, who continues to grow our team to meet the future head-on..
