TSC North America sprang to life in the mind of an entrepreneur who had a vision and ran with it. He hired the most unusual people he could find (overachievers, every one of them) and held out the keys to the castle to see who would try to grab them first. From this humble beginning, in a spare room in his house, he created an entity with a life of its own.
